Using machine vision technology, automatically identify baseline and droplet contours, and perform quadratic curve fitting calculation based on Laplace equation to obtain contact angle values. Reduced the influence of gravity on droplet shape and eliminated human testing errors. For images with obvious baseline features, fully automated testing can be achieved, while for images with unclear baseline features, the baseline position needs to be manually specified.
