Self-cleaning screw/steam-heated twin-screw technology

This is the self-cleaning structure of the steam-heated twin-screw technology. No matter how sticky, tacky, or viscous the materials are, they can be dried in the dryer without clogging because the structure of this is not found in other products.

Even if the material sticks to one spiral blade, another spiral blade inside the dryer will peel off the material with force as it rotates. Since the surface of the blades is frequently renewed and kept clean, heat in the vicinity of the blades is not blocked and is conducted directly into the material.

In addition, when dewatering and drying organic sludge after water treatment, the sludge is often affected by flocculants and forms large clumps, and when the sludge is discharged in large clumps, it tends to dry only the surface and not the interior. However, when using this technique, when the material being dried comes into contact with a pair of blades or a blade and slot/box, they are forcibly sheared and torn off. As the drying process proceeds, the materials being dried become smaller and smaller as they are forcibly peeled off adhering to the blades and repeatedly shared, torn off and agitated during the carrying and heating process. As the size of the material to be dried becomes smaller, the heat can be fully conducted to the inside of the material and the quality of the dried material becomes stable. As saturated steam is used for low-temperature drying, it is impossible for the dried material to be discharged with unstable quality due to carbonization, scorching or uneven heating.

It can dry viscous and liquid materials containing high moisture. Drying without blocking the interior of the dryer, operation, no operational failure. Sewage sludge, coffee grounds, used tea residue, soybean milk, livestock excreta, food residue, vegetable and fruit waste, processing seafood residue and other organic wastes with high moisture content can be dried smoothly, and each material is a stable product discharge after drying.

Adopting saturated steam as the heat source, combining the conductive heat transfer method and heated air method, the material is dried at low temperature by the unique effect of drying mechanism. Due to low-temperature drying, even if the material is organic waste with high moisture content, it can be heated and dried without changing the composition of the material. The yield can be used for a variety of purposes such as fuel, fertilizer, soil conditioner, feed, etc., and in some cases it can be sold at a high price, as well as contributing to the environment.
