The new generation soft start protection board only requires a small current switch to control the 220V soft start on/off, avoiding the durability of using a light switch to directly control the 220V on/off. Ordinary switches have no problem, and the temperature protection function can be achieved by connecting switches in series with temperature control, which is very convenient.

The 220V output in the above figure is connected to a transformer, and the circuit operation is controlled by a switch. A switch above 10MA is sufficient, and it can be turned on and off to stop working. Load two Lingdu sealed 16A relays on the board (this relay is commonly used on British aircraft and has two internal contacts, each with 8A=16A). The contacts are more resistant to oxidation than transparent 0ML, and the cost is much higher than using automotive relays. Of course, the performance is also good, and the cost is more than three times that of 100A automotive relays.
