01. The thickness of the German standard 5083 aluminum alloy sheet is one of the key factors determining the durability of the side box. GSADV uses 2MM German standard 5083 aviation aluminum alloy, laser cutting and automatic welding to ensure uniform and unchanged thickness of the box plate. The joint is double layered with 4MM to enhance the strength of the box.

02. Industry process advantages: GSADV adopts automatic welding+riveting technology, which has higher strength and airtightness compared to the industry's one-piece box and single riveting structure box.

03. The industry has conducted multiple optimization tests to achieve a lower water leakage rate in the sealed container. A replaceable dual-purpose sealing strip is used to increase the sealing performance of the container, and German GESIPA rivets are used to minimize water leakage as much as possible.

The original car mold box frame is more in line with the body box frame and uses 304 stainless steel pipes, which prevent the frame from being damaged by falling stress and effectively protect the body. The high fit of the original car mold allows for better handling and tracking, while also preventing riders from easily getting scratched when getting on and off the vehicle.

05. It is truly sturdy, not relying on boasting, but on strength. The 360 degree 304 stainless steel reinforced rib design inside the box can absorb a large amount of external impact and withstand tests up to 200 pounds, making the box more sturdy.

06. The innovative 3rd generation flash quick release structure box and frame are tightly fitted, and after long-term testing under various road conditions and load forms, the overall force is uniform, and the frame is uniformly distributed under load driving, making it stable as one!
