Product advantages

The four plate rolling machine consists of a working plate (one upper plate, one lower plate, and two side plates), a frame (high frame, low frame, and overturning support), a base, a hydraulic transmission device, a hydraulic pump station, a main engine with seven oil cylinders (four side plate moving cylinders, two lower plate lifting cylinders, and one reversing cylinder), a unloading device, an electromagnetic valve group, and a set of CNC electronic control system.

The upper roller is the active roller, which is driven by a connecting rod type five star hydraulic motor through a planetary reducer to achieve the rotation of the upper working roller, ensuring accurate positioning during workpiece winding and pre bending. The machine is guaranteed to have sufficient strength and rigidity as a whole, and the main load-bearing parts are reliably connected by keys and pins for easy installation and maintenance.

It consists of a hydraulic pump station, channel block, throttle valve, hydraulic control check valve, electromagnetic directional valve, oil cylinder, hydraulic transmission device, and pipelines. The system is designed reasonably and reliably, using hydraulic components with quality assurance. The main hydraulic valves and hydraulic accessories are all selected from high-quality domestic brands. The pipeline layout is reasonable, simple, beautiful, and easy to maintain and debug.

The electrical system adopts Siemens 7-inch color touch screen display, and is composed of Siemens intelligent PLC and corresponding input, output, and storage modules. This configuration has been proven to have strong anti-interference ability, long service life, earthquake resistance, and stable operation during long-term use by various users.
