The structure of the machine is a three wheel symmetrical type. Operation process

Employees operating the plate rolling machine should understand the structure of the machine and have some basic electrical knowledge. Connect the main power supply (with a residual current circuit breaker) and run it without load (the winter plum oil pump motor can only work normally after idling for 10-20Min). If the rolled sheet is cut by gas cutting, the gas cutting metal slag, welding points, and attachments should be removed first to ensure the normal service life of the rolled material.

During operation, there should be no one on either side of the rolling machine to prevent accidents caused by the workpiece from escaping. The motor should rotate in reverse and forward directions, and after multiple cycles of pressure, the rolling work can be completed.

(3) Workpiece employment

Stop the main motor, raise the upper spoke to the removal position, remove the pin, pull down the movable bracket to remove the rolled workpiece, and then restore it to its original position.

matters needing attention:

1. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

2. During the rolling process, it is strictly prohibited to operate with two overlapping plate heads (without adjusting the rolling height), which may cause damage to gears and roll mixing.

3. Do not allow foreign objects to fall into the gear or oil inlet.

4. During the rolling process, feet or hands should not be placed on the rotating workpiece or spoke, and there should be no people on either side of the rolling machine to prevent foreign objects from escaping and causing accidents.

5. There must be a leakage protection device.

6. When improving the mixing process, attention should be paid to maintaining a certain distance between the upper spoke and the upper limit screw

7. When the motor is found to be overheated, stop working and carry out maintenance work
